A Reiki Energy treatment is very relaxing (whether in-person or distance) and feels like a glowing radiance that flows through and around you. You may feel cold/hot sensations, see colors and/or release stick emotions. Basically, healing on all levels… calming any stress and anxiety and releasing old patterns bringing you into a more loving awareness.
