Yoga Nidra, or “Yoga Sleep“ brings a deep sense of calm, which greatly reduces the stress and anxieties that are ever present in our daily lives. It is one of the deepest and most profound meditations one can experience. Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique that takes you to a deep brainwave state that helps to reset the nervous system through guided breathing, intentions, visualization, and reframing thoughts that weigh on the mind.

As you are guided into a deep but conscious state of relaxation, Susan offers Reiki throughout the meditation to the class. She also offers focused energy healing, to those who would like to receive it, during the deepest and most relaxed stage of the meditation.

You will receive your Reiki Level I Training from two Reiki Master Healer / Teachers. Susan and Crystal bring a variety of tools and experiences to share with you and you will receive your Reiki Energy attunement.

During the teaching phase, you will learn about Reiki Energy Healing, the history of Usui Reiki, how Reiki works and its uses.  We will also demonstrate Reiki Level I symbols, crystals for healing, how to sage/cleanse and use basic divination tools (like pendulums). You will receive your Reiki Level II training from 2 Reiki Master Healer / Teachers. Susan and Crystal. Together, they bring a variety of tools and experiences to share and at the end you will receive your powerful Reiki Energy attunement.

During the teaching phase, we will briefly refresh your Reiki Level I learning. We will then build upon your knowledge and experience by taking a deep dive into practitioner level hands off/on practice also showing you how to use divination tools, Crystal and Sound healing techniques. We also go over more advanced clearing, grounding and protecting methods, uses and tools, and so much more! By the end of the course, you will have an understanding of more advanced techniques and how to use additional Reiki symbols to support your own, as well as a clients (or friends and family) healing needs.

REQUIRED: You must send photo of your Reiki Level I certificate (any type of formal Reiki training modality is accepted) prior to the training to be permitted to attend Level II.
